UK, EU and Global Resources:
Intellectual property decisions may be found posted on BAILLI ( www.bailii.org/ ) , Westlaw and, to a lesser extent, Lawtel.
The UK Intellectual Property Office ( www.ipo.gov.uk ) records decisions in patent, design and trade mark hearings, also of the Copyright tribunal.
The Office of Harmonisation in the Internal Market ( http://oami.europa.eu/ ) records decisions regarding community designs and community trade marks.
The European Court of Justice http://curia.europa.eu/ records intellectual property decisions, primarily in the area of trade marks.
The European Patent Office lists summaries of national patent decision reports ( www.epo.org/patents/law/legal-texts.html ) and records Board of Appeal decisions in patent cases ( www.epo.org/patents/appeals/search-decisions.html )
Useful law blog is IPKat - an engaging, authoritative and well maintained record of decisions, mainly in UK and Europe, in all areas of intellectual property law ( http://ipkitten.blogspot.com/ )
Jenkins-ip is a site maintained by the law firm R.G.C. Jenkins & Co. that offers the main UK intellectual property statutes in easily accessible format ( www.jenkins-ip.com/ )
World Intellectual Property Organisation ( www.wipo.int/portal/index.html.en ) considers current issues in international intellectual property law. Anil Sinha (WIPO) also presented a paper at our 2007 workshop: Increasing Enterprise through International Developments in IPR Education and Research
Students may be sufficiently enthused about intellectual property to be interested in a career as a Patent Attorney (Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys www.cipa.org.uk/pages/home ) or as a Trade Mark Attorney (Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys www.itma.org.uk/intro/index.htm )

The national Intellectual Property Offices of most countries are a good source of legal intellectual property legal information.
For China, Judge Jiang's web page ( www.chinaiprlaw.com/english/default.htm ) includes decisions (although the most recent postings are 2005) which give insight into how China is beginning to tackle IPR issues.
