The ICIT-2012 conference emphasis is the development and globalization of IT education and research, along with innovations and networking, active learning, university-industry collaboration, ICT for sustainable development and technological change, global challenges for ICT education and development etc. Academics from different ICT disciplines, ICT educators, ICT practitioners from business and industry, representatives of ministries on education are cordially invited to participate. Call for papers will be closed on December 20, 2011. The received abstracts will be reviewed together by Russian and international experts. Authors of selected abstracts will provide full papers for publishing in the conference electronic journal. Some papers will also be included in the iNNER annual “Innovations 2012”. The ICIT-2012 organization committee is to be formed by iNEER active members, who have  hosted similar events at their universities in USA, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Poland, Taiwan, Canada, Spain, Finland.  We do hope that ICIT-2012 will be a great event for wide promotion and globalization of IT education and help the global integration of academic community.
